The founder with an idea
You’re stuck on a problem, you see the solution and you want to build it. Maybe you have a prototype, maybe just a notebook. Bring the idea; let’s go through discovery and validation together.
FOUNDERS
Being a founder doesn’t have to be a lonely road. At Thoth you have a team, capital and infrastructure from day one. You focus on the problem and the customer; we solve the rest together.
PROFILES
You’re stuck on a problem, you see the solution and you want to build it. Maybe you have a prototype, maybe just a notebook. Bring the idea; let’s go through discovery and validation together.
You’ve known an industry from the inside for years. The idea doesn’t have to come from you: you could be the founder of one of the studio’s theses. Your domain knowledge plus our method.
You love building product and want to lay a company’s technical foundation. Join one of the studio’s ideas as CTO or founding engineer.
What they share
Full-time commitment. A willingness to talk to customers. The ability to change your mind based on data. Long-term thinking: building a business that can be carried for years.

PROCESS
Fill in the form. No long deck needed; a few paragraphs about the problem and about you will do.
We reply within 10 business days. In a 45-minute call we discuss the idea and mutual expectations.
If there’s a fit, we enter a 2–4 week discovery sprint together: user interviews, market analysis, initial value proposition.
If the data says yes, we discuss the partnership structure in writing. Every clause is explained.
The company is incorporated, the team is completed, and the countdown to the first release begins.
EXPECTATIONS
The studio model reduces risk but doesn’t eliminate it. Most ideas stop at Discovery or Validation; that’s not failure, it’s proof the process works. What we expect from you: openness to data, the ability to accept a “no,” and the energy to move to the next idea.
For companies that reach the build stage, we expect full-time, long-term commitment. This isn’t a project of a few months; it’s a company you’ll carry for years.
PITCH US
It doesn’t have to be perfect. Describe the problem, why you, and why now.
