Privacy Policy

This page explains the privacy approach of thothverse.com in plain language. The legal detail is in the Privacy Notice (KVKK); if the two texts differ, the KVKK notice prevails. The Turkish text is the authoritative version.

Scope

This policy covers thothverse.com only. Sakla.co and ThothVPN have their own privacy policies, published on their own sites; when you move from this site to a product site, that site’s policy applies.

Data collected

  • Aggregate visit counts. Only essential and anonymous analytics cookies are used; how many times a page was viewed is counted, who viewed it is not known.
  • Server logs. The hosting provider keeps the IP address and request details for a short time for security.
  • Form data. The application you write in the Pitch Us form, the message you write in the contact form and the email you enter in the early-access form are used only for their stated purpose.
  • Browser preferences. Your theme and cookie choices are kept in your browser’s local storage; they are not sent to us.

What we do not collect

  • We load no advertising network, social media pixel or third-party tracker.
  • We do not load the map by ourselves; the map on the contact page loads from OpenStreetMap only when you ask for it.
  • We do not create accounts; there is no login on this site.

Use

Form data is used only to evaluate your application, reply to your message or notify you when early access opens. Applications are reviewed in confidence; if we do not decide to work together, the idea remains yours.

Third parties

Data is transferred only to the providers needed for the service to work: hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), email delivery and anonymous analytics. Data is never sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. When a form receives focus, a bot check loads to prevent automated submissions; it leaves no cookie. Form submissions are rate-limited.

Children

This site is not directed at people under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

When this page changes, the version date is updated.
