These terms govern the use of thothverse.com. By using the site you accept them. The use of Sakla.co and ThothVPN is subject to the terms published on the respective product sites. The Turkish text is the authoritative version.

Acceptance

Everyone who accesses and uses the site is deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Use of the site

thothverse.com is the corporate site on which Thoth Inc. presents its venture studio activity and its portfolio companies. The content is for information; it does not constitute an offer, a commitment or a contract. Product statuses (live, early access, in development), duration targets and dates may change; unverified information is tagged on the site.

Unacceptable use:

  • Attempting to disrupt the operation of the site, the forms or the infrastructure.
  • Submitting the forms automatically, in bulk or with false information.
  • Copying or imitating the site to mislead someone else.

Intellectual property

The THOTH wordmark, the sun motif, the site design, texts, drawings and simulations belong to Thoth Inc. Short quotations with attribution are allowed; copying the content as a whole, using it commercially, recolouring the wordmark or associating the brand with another product requires permission.

Applications and confidentiality

Applications submitted through the Pitch Us form are reviewed in confidence, by the review team only. Submitting an application transfers no rights to Thoth; if no decision to work together is made, the idea remains the applicant’s. Partnership terms are established only in a separate written agreement. Submitting a form does not create a contract; the reply time is a target, not a commitment. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice (KVKK).

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. Thoth Inc. does not warrant that the site will operate without interruption or error and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site. The site contains external links to product sites and map services; Thoth Inc. is not responsible for the content and policies of external sites.

No offer of investment

Nothing on this site constitutes a public offer or solicitation of investment, a public offering, a sale of capital market instruments or investment advice. Messages on “investor relations” are answered for information purposes only. Any investment relating to Thoth Inc. or its portfolio companies can only be made through separate written agreements in compliance with the applicable legislation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.

Changes

When the terms change, the version date is updated; the new version takes effect as soon as it is published.
